Service Description

Our Hotel Room Set-Up services require at least a 72 hour in advance booking time. A 50% deposit is due within 24 hours of your invoice being issued. *Price shown is ONLY the Booking Fee.* This service provides the romantic experience with set-up only in a room. We have a variety of packages to choose from below. We are able to gain room access to your hotel room with your permission from the hotel to set up in advance. You have the option of next day pick up at 10:00 AM for your convenience. Basic Style: Includes a set-up on the bed only with silk rose petals, roses, balloons & mini custom marque sign. ($135) Luxury Style: Includes the entire main room with with everything included in the Basic Style along with LED candles, a champagne bucket, a bottle of champagne, 2 champagne glasses, and chocolate covered strawberries. ($255) Elite Style: Includes everything included in the Luxury Style along extended to the bathroom or jacuzzi area as well with a bubble bath, Bluetooth speaker, and a printed 16x20 photo board - Also includes upgraded fresh rose petals. ($350) Add Ons: ~Balloon Arch ($75.00) ~Fresh Rose Petals ($50) ~Catering Option (Price Varies) ~Bookie's Brookies (Price Varies) ~Fresh Chocolate Fountain ($25.00) ~Upgraded Wine/Champagne (Price Varies)


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your Elegant Picnic or Private Dining/Catering, you will be eligible for rescheduling up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. You will have a 15 minute grace period after your allotted time to arrive. After your grace period has passed and there was no communication of late arrival, your Elegant Picnic or Private Dining/Catering will be cancelled, non-eligible for rescheduling, and non-refundable. If your Elegant Picnic or Private Dining/Catering is cancelled 24 hours in advance (or due to inclement weather), you have 7 days from your cancelled Elegant Picnic or Private Dining/Catering to have the option reschedule within 3 weeks of your original date. If you choose to reschedule, there will be a 50% fee of the total cost of your cancelled Elegant Picnic or Private Dining/Catering. If the weather forecast predicts more than a 30% chance of rain, you will be notified to reschedule your Elegant Picnic in 7 days with no additional fee (Once 7 days have passed, there will be a 50% rescheduling fee of your original cost of your Elegant Picnic). Your Elegant Picnic must be rescheduled within 3 weeks of your original date.
